WHO AM I?

I work as a Senior Manager for Dell Technologies. I aim to inspire software engineers and leaders through my writing. I have 19 years of industry experience, including as a Solution Architect.

I manage a team of 15 direct reports and a total of 43 team members, showcasing my ability to lead and build high-performing teams. My journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of both strategic and technical aspects of software development and product management. Throughout my career,I have been honored with 40+ prestigious company and industry awards, including the Rockstar Manager - FY25, Best DevOps Team of the Year (2023 and 2024) by UBS Forums, President's Award - FY22, Inspire Award - Extraordinary, and Game Changer.

Additionally, I hold multiple patents in my name, reflecting my innovative contributions to the field. These recognitions reflect my dedication to excellence and leadership in the tech industry.
